Atopic
dermatitis (commonly known as Eczema) is a skin condition. Its symptoms
include itchy, scaly, red skin, and flaking or peeling of the skin.
The condition is commonly seen in infants, but can occur later in
life. An increased likelihood of this skin condition is found in
individuals who have a family history of asthma or hay fever.
